How to Access DSCOVR_EPIC_L4_TO3 Data using OPeNDAP with Python3 and Calculate Daily Statistics

The Notebook demonstrates how to remotely access a dataset archived at ASDC using the Open-source Project for a Network Data Access Protocol (OPeNDAP) web service. In this example, we use the Modern-Era Retrospective analysis for Research and Applications, DSCOVR EPIC TrO3.
The Notebook instructions are based on Python3 and demonstrate how to remotely access the Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR) Earth Polychromatic Imaging Camera (EPIC) L4 instantaneous total ozone column data files via OPeNDAP and analyze data such as resample instantaneous data into daily averages.
